Application:
Vinyl Names and Numbers are the best solution for individually customized sports uniforms.

The Process:
After you approve the art proof our artist lays out all of the names and/or numbers in a plotter file. Heat applied vinyl comes on a roll of carrier material and is computer cut in reverse using a plotter. The unwanted vinyl is weeded out and the rest is heat pressed onto the garment.

Limitations: 
We use a premium heat applied vinyl material designed specifically for cotton or cotton/polyester blend fabrics. It will not adhere correctly to nylon, polypropylene, or other low temperature or coated fabrics. 
Stock vinyls don't exactly match stock screen printing ink colors. For this reason we recommend that you not use the same color screen print and heat press vinyl on the same side of the shirt.

Tips:  
Add at least 1 additional business day for non-stock vinyl colors. Add at least 1 additional business day for orders of 50 or more. 

Sizing:

• Names: Standard size is 2" tall by 13" max wide. The max height for a name is 4" tall.

• Numbers: The most common number height for the back of an adult jersey is 8". The max height for numbers is 12". 

Stock Fonts:

• Bebas: A very clean sans serif font

• College: A standard athletic-type block font

• Stadium: A nostalgic old timey baseball style font

• Cooper: A classic bold and heavy font that's been around for almost 100 years

• Carbon: Future-Modern font with rounded corners

Custom fonts:
There is a $10 custom font setup fee. You'd need to supply the font file and we'd need to verify that the font is suitable for vinyl use before accepting your order.

Stock Vinyl Colors:

Specialty vinyls including foil, glitter, pattern, hologram, camouflage, glow and flock can be special ordered at an additional cost and turnaround time. Contact us or get a quote for specific pricing information.
