We try to make ordering as easy and painless as possible without glossing over important details and considerations. Please be aware of the following basic guidelines and policies when ordering.
Minimum Order Size
The minimum order quantity for custom screen printing is 10 pieces
There is a minimum of 5 pieces per ink color change
Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is 7-10 business days
Rush Order Processing
We generally keep a full printing schedule so to push an order through our system faster than normal requires rescheduling other jobs, running overtime shifts, or some combination of both. Make sure to check with us before assuming that we can rush your job. If we can make it happen, rush production costs 20% per business day that you need the order to be rushed. Rush orders require 100% deposit. Discounts are not available on rush orders.

Quality Guarantee
Years of hands on printing experience and multiple quality control layers enable us to guarantee our work 100%. If there is ever a problem with one of your orders please contact us immediately so that we may address the issue. If we made a mistake we will do anything within our abilities to correct it. Columbus Custom Tees cannot be responsible for art or typographical errors that have been approved for printing by the customer.
Re-Orders
All screen printing orders, including re-orders are independently priced according to the quantity of prints in the order. If there are no art changes there won't be any art fees on the re-order. We will ask you to re-approve the art proof.
